Over the last 35 years in my career as a professional actress and singer, I have developed a vocal technique that I consider to be uniquely my own. I found random singing of scales to be somewhat unfocused, not very effective, and time consuming. I worked with several vocal teachers over the years, as well as in the voice and speech program of the Juilliard School, and from those experiences have crafted a teaching and singing method of my own. My lab has been the Broadway stage- I have personal experience that my method REALLY works, and can work for you, too. I teach a simple vocal warmup that is both time-effective and amazing for improving breath, support, and intonation. did I mention simple?
